Coaching History

I am a Rookie... but have had some success at coaching not only on the court but in life!!!

Coaching Philosophy

Every choice you make has a consequence... you have to deal with that consequence... be careful of your choices in life!

Keep your heart open to dreams, for as long as there is a dream, there is hope, and as long as there is hope, there is joy in living.

You never truly understand your Potential until you open your Heart and Mind to the idea of Success!!!

Greatest Achievement

Encouraging my son that he can achieve anything he wants, the choice is his to make...

Motivation/Encouragement

I speak from the Heart

I treat every athlete like he/she was my own child

I don't believe in Degradation

No body likes a show-off

Helping Athletes Succeed

I provide my players with the encouragement they need to believe they can achieve anything and that their success is boundless.

Working with youth on the rez, sometimes you come across incredible athletes who just don't see their own potential, as a coach who lived off reserve, it is my role to provide them with the support they need to see just how far they can take their dreams.

I have come across talented athletes who have endless potential but are not totally coachable, I feel it is important not to give up on a difficult athlete but to try to understand his/her position in life and work around the barriers.

Sometimes discipline is the key...many youth do not receive the discipline they need to become responsible adults, this can occur on the court.
