Motivation/Encouragement
Right now I am focusing on assisting athletes with learning how to perform basak movement skills that will translate into more efficient, faster, and quicker athletes on the field. I use items such as agility ladders, hurdles, hoops, reaction balls to allow the athletes to learn how their body works and what it feels like when it all comes together for a great performance.
Personal Best
The u14 girls soccer team won every game every game but one - the provincial final. That was three years ago. I haven't coached them in two years and just received a call saying that they didn't know how much I had been teaching them and realize that they want to learn tons more next season and are asking me to consider coaching them again.
